The idea
A courier’s website should work like its busiest counter — track, book and ship from any phone in Sri Lanka, without waiting on a call.
01/ Problem
Answers were a phone call away
People wanted two answers: where is my parcel, and how do I send one? Too often the quickest way to find out was a phone call. The site had to answer both on the first screen, on any phone.

02/ Solution
Track and book, right from the hero
A clean blue-and-orange interface built around two actions — a tracking box right in the hero and a big Book a Pickup button. Services like Express Parcel and Warehousing sit one tap below, in plain words.
Design process
Clear steps, in order: research first, then structure, mood, the visual concept and finally every screen tuned for mobile.
A hero that does two jobs — track and book.

Mobile interface adaptation
Most visitors arrive on a phone, so every screen was designed for one thumb first and scaled up to desktop after.
