When you book a call, send a brief, contact us or join the newsletter we collect the details you give us (such as name, email, phone, company, website and project information) and any files you upload.

Why

To reply to you, run the call you booked, prepare proposals, deliver projects and — if you subscribed — send our monthly newsletter.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings for up to 24 months; client records as long as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, calendar and analytics). We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails, by writing to hello@graphixdesign.agency.
